Jacksonville, FL

Most of you know that Jamey had to have emergency surgery while he was home last time to remove his appendices. The doctor did not release him when it was time to go back to work, so our little family of three decided to take advantage of the extra time and take a trip to Jacksonville, FL to visit Jeff and Katherine Hunt - some of our dear friends. On Saturday we went to the beach and then on Sunday we went to the zoo. I think all of us adults enjoyed going to the zoo as much as Caroline did.


The Hunt's are doing great! They are expecting baby boy Bennett in September. Jeff has also recently gotten a promotion with his job which means relocating to St. Augustine. Keep this sweet family in your prayers as they get settled into their new home and anxiously await the arrival of their little man!

A new favorite...we ate lunch on Saturday at a little beachside restaurant. Caroline discovered that she likes dipping EVERYTHING into ranch dressing, which kept her very entertained! From now on, we will always ask for some ranch "on the side".
